Shocking Workout for Love Handles
Everybody is trying to find the best workout for love handles but the truth is a little bit harsh my friend. There is no special workout to get rid of “loving” stubborn pieces of fat that don’t seem to go off no matter what you do.
There is a simple explanation to this problem. If you want a workout for the love handles, forget about it. Instead focus on total body core exercises like the Front Squats, Side Planks, Hanging Rotational Knee Raises. These exercises will work your love handles even harder than any other DIRECT exercise targeting the same muscle group.
