Reduce Stomach Fat – 2 Exercises to Lose Stomach Fat Fast
In order to reduce stomach fat fast, you need to eat clean, and exercise intensely at least 3 days a week. Not many people know this, but there are 2 particular exercises to lose stomach fat fast depending on how much stomach fat you already carry.
First Exercise to Lose Stomach Fat
The Barbell Squat - I am not talking about just ordinary barbell squat where you pick a weight for 8 to 10 reps. I am talking HIGH VOLUME barbell squats where you perform 8 to 12 repetitions training to failure.
This one exercise alone utilizes all major muscle groups in your body. And like I’ve mentioned in my previous posts, the more muscle fiber used in a particular exercises, the greater the amount of calories burned. This is a very effective exercise to reduce stomach fat really fast.
Just because this is a great exercise to lose stomach fat, you will have to train and develop your strength levels progressively before proceeding with high volume squats.
Second Exercise to Lose Stomach Fat
The Deadlift - If you are cursing me right now for mentioning two LEG exercises, then please! Go ahead. I would rather perform the dead lift and great tremendous results while you keep cursing me with your ugly belly fat. The Deadlift is an extremely powerful exercise like the squat because it allows you to lift huge volumes for many reps.
Deadlifts not only work your legs, but also uses your back, arms, chest and other parts of the body. In short, this is just as powerful as the squat and will create huge amount of calorie expenditure allowing you to reduce stomach fat fast.
Include these 2 exercises in the beginning of your next workout (3 sets of 8 – 12 reps to failure), and you’ll know what I’m talking about. Just because you did these two exercises, it doesn’t give you permission to binge eat (trust me… the urge will be uncontrollable)… if you really need to reduce stomach fat, then you need to control your diet.
By the way, these two exercises to lose stomach fat are also great muscle building exercises! No wonder! Isn’t it?
