Getting Rid of Stomach Fat – Circuit Training for Burning Stomach Fat
There are several questions as to what is the best exercise and nutrition plan for getting rid of stomach fat. To be honest, there is not BEST, but there are better exercises and more effective nutrition plans that can help speed up the process of burning stomach fat in no time.
Diet is very important for fat loss. If you really need to get rid of stomach fat, you need to eat clean, and eat smart. You can find more information on the diet part in my previous posts, but today I am going to talk about circuit training that can help speed up the fat burning process.

Circuit training is merely a set of 4 exercises or more that are performed back to back with no rest in between exercises. You can take a rest after the entire circuit is done and then repeat the whole thing for another 3 to 4 times depending on your strength levels.
Like I mentioned in my previous posts, total body exercises create the greatest calorie expenditure for burning stomach fat. So the smarter types of exercises you choose, the faster you will be able to see results.
Here’s a sample bodyweight circuit to show what I’m talking about:
- Squats (25 reps)
- Pushups (20 reps)
- Chin Ups (Maximum Reps)
- Reverse Lunges (10 each side)
- Legs on Bench – Hands on Floor Pushup (15 reps)
- 1 Leg Deadlift (10 reps)
- Pull Ups (Maximum reps)
Do the whole circuit with little or no rest between exercises. Rest for a minute repeat this whole circuit 2 to 4 times depending on your strength levels. Perform these repetitions in a slow and controlled manner.
This is a great circuit for burning stomach fat and building lean muscle all over your body. Like I said before, the key to getting rid of stomach fat does not only rely on exercise but also on smart eating. All the best.
