Let’s look at intermittent fasting in a different perspective with this Eat Stop Eat review.
The Introduction
A few months back, I came across Brad Pilon’s Eat Stop Eat after being recommended to by my favorite author Craig Ballantyne. In fact he was giving this guide away for free as a bonus for his Turbulence Training package.
Anyway, Brad’s Eat Stop Eat system has since become really popular among media and everybody who wants an easy way to lose body fat without having to count calories or stick to a time table of eating 5 to 6 meals a day.
There is nothing complicated in this method. It is simple a book that shows you how to live your life the way you want without having to control yourself to watching that clock to eat every 2 to 3 hours and counting calories and portion sizes of everything you eat.

I personally don’t like being controlled. I have a big family and in order to socialize well especially with my work and my business, I really get stressed out with all of the problems I mentioned above.
How Does Eat Stop Eat Work?
What the diet basically suggests is that you follow one or two 24 hour fasting periods where you will eat nothing but stick to water and zero calorie foods and beverages. That’s just the conclusion of Brad Pilon’s powerful book, but the principles behind this system and the right way to make it work to lose a lot of fat fast is outstanding.
In order to lose 1 lb of body fat, you need to burn 3500 calories. When you eat normal five days a week and perform one or two 24 hour fast periods, you basically cut down on a calorie intake of over 1500 to 3500 calories!
Of course you will now be worried about starvation mode and muscle loss. That’s exactly why Brad Pilon wrote a book about it instead of just telling the world to fast 24 hours to lose fat. The book contains a lot of research showing you how this diet can actually increase growth hormone levels, boost fat loss levels and even increase your vitality!
Brad Pilon shatters the truth about starvation mode, and destroys the myth about eating a calorie surplus to increase muscle size. He breaks every connection in Eat Stop Eat, and I have to admit, I have been on this system for a few weeks now and I love the results.
The Drawback
There’s one tiny little problem though. I personally love the 24 hour fast. So do many. But not all of you will have the patience to control your self for 24 hours. You don’t have to follow this system if you don’t want to. It’s just an alternative lifestyle for those who want it.
You can lose the same amount of fat eating 5 to 6 clean meals a day and still get ripped. I repeat! Eat Stop Eat is a lifestyle.
It does not contain any workouts, but it does recommend Adonis Index workouts. You’ll know why when you read this book.
Some people have complained of getting head aches and other problems when following this diet. It is only because they are psychologically weak or they are doing it wrong.
Also if you are pregnant or suffering from diabetes or any other problem, please consult Brad Pilon on his website or consult your doctor before trying out Eat Stop Eat.
