		<description>This book was my first formal education on weight training back in 2005 (up until that point I had been lifting for 33 years). As a result of reading that book I did become motivated to be a trainer! And your comment toward the end about that being enough to be a trainer, I&#039;d have to basically agree with you. It certainly helped me pass my national certifications etc. Bottom line, the best book I&#039;ve read on the topic.</description>
