After all this praise about Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle program, do you expect me to criticize the book? I would!
The main problem I found with the book was the heavy load of information that you really do not need to be aware of! Of course it is great to know what’s insulin, cortisol etc… but do you REALLY need to know about all this stuff?
After reading the whole book, you could easily become a fitness trainer and pass any exam required with much ease! You might even make the trainers at the gym jealous of the level of knowledge you have on fat loss and muscle building training. Many may frown upon the difference in techniques you have against theirs, but I am sure you know already know that and difference is what you were ACTUALLY looking for!
My overall verdict: Tom Venuto has actually revealed the secret to what professional bodybuilders do to get lean and ripped whenever they want in the timeline they desire. How precious is that information?
