Everybody wants to know what the best stomach flattening exercises are to get quick results in less time possible. Most of you probably want a 2 minute or 3 minute ab exercise to flatten your stomach in no time, but this is far from the truth.

Even with the best stomach flattening exercise, you still wouldn’t see any reducing in your waist line if you didn’t follow the 3 step rule of Diet, Resistance Training and Interval Cardio.

All this work together in helping you get a flat stomach and you should be aware of that. If you still don’t know what I am talking about, you might find the following articles extremely useful in showing the path to actual fat loss around the waist and the entire body.

The 3 Best Stomach Flattening Exercises

I am going to reveal to you the 3 best stomach flattening exercises that will get your strong ripped abs when you start losing the fat following the principles I mentioned in my previous articles.

1. The Plank

It may look too easy when you read or look at the exercise, but it’s not easy when done. Believe me, it is NOT easy! This one exercise is by far the most powerful stomach flattening exercises you’ll ever discover. Do the plank for 10 seconds if you are beginner and progress to 60 sec sets. Repeat the set for 3 to 4 times after your main workout.

2. The Hanging Leg Raise.

Hanging from a pull-up bar and lifting your legs straight over your waist. That has got to hurt, especially when you do a 3 second lowering of the legs. That’s right! Do 10 reps, 4 sets of the Hanging Leg Raise after the Plank sets.

3. Side Plank

This is more of a love handle flattening exercise. Of course it will help tighten your stomach but it also helps strengthen and tighten those lose love handles that keep bothering most of you. 30 seconds each side, 3 to 4 sets after the hanging leg raise.

I believe you have done the ab training section well. It’s time to follow the diet, intense exercise and interval training as well. Follow these 3 stomach flattening exercises after the main workouts and I can guarantee a strong midsection waiting to be uncovered once the layer of fat is burnt using the 3 step system.

Everybody is trying to find the best workout for love handles but the truth is a little bit harsh my friend. There is no special workout to get rid of “loving” stubborn pieces of fat that don’t seem to go off no matter what you do.

There is a simple explanation to this problem. If you want a workout for the love handles, forget about it. Instead focus on total body core exercises like the Front Squats, Side Planks, Hanging Rotational Knee Raises. These exercises will work your love handles even harder than any other DIRECT exercise targeting the same muscle group.

If you really want to reap the benefits for the workout for love handles, you need to improve your diet as well. In my previous article on how to lose love handles, I mentioned the changes you need to make in your lifestyle if you really want to get rid of the love handles as fast as possible.

In the mean time, let my friend Craig Ballantyne, author of the Turbulence Training workouts, show you a simple yet extremely powerful workout that will indirectly hit all your obliques (love handles) while developing your six pack and other body parts.

Enjoy!
